I had a great time in my host family, she was very welcoming and always ready to help me with anything, provided that I could ask in french!
Fantastic, I took part in the tour, the evening trip to the cafe Joseph, bowling, going to the beach and the dinner. I enjoyed all of them.
linguistically, i found it extremely beneficial to be exposed to the language because it helped my fluency/confidence in speaking.
